Specialist construction expert services firm, CBBG Group continue their rapid expansion with the opening of its fourth office in London following the opening of its offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Doha. Since it’s launch in September 2019, CBBG Group have established themselves as one of the leading expert firms in the Middle East and now look to continue their growth globally.

Lance Crane is the seventh partner to join the firm and brings a wealth of experience to the business. Lance is an award-winning, RICS accredited, construction expert witness. He is ranked in Who’s Who Legal 2021 Leading Construction Expert Witnesses’ guide and was awarded as the sole winner of Construction Expert Witness UAE at the Lexology Client Choice Award 2021.

He has 20 years’ experience, of which he has acted as an independent expert witness on several major projects; has given expert testimony to King’s counsel whereby matters settled entirely in favour of his assessment, and has prepared independent forensic analysis for use in mediation, adjudication and arbitration during the past 8 years.

Lance has experience of major projects including commercial, residential, oil and gas, infrastructure, land reclamation, marine, rail, and aviation. He has worked throughout the UK and internationally in the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, the Far East, and Australia.
